Minnesota School Security Maintenance Options - Part 1 Protection Plans

The need for heightened school security has become unequivocally clear in recent years. To that end, Pro-Tec Design offers three different technical service and support protection plans to enhance the value of your school’s security management systems. The details of each of these three plans are highlighted below to help you ascertain which plan is best for your business model, security needs, and budget.

OPTION 1 – ON DEMAND SERVICE

We will provide the service you need when you need it. This includes: Standard response times; Help desk support; and On-site service during regular business hours. 24/7/365 service is also available, as is phone support spanning programming, troubleshooting, training, and more. Option 1enables you to only pay for what you need when you need it.

OPTION 2 – PRE-PAID PARTNER PLANS

Pro-Tec Design’s Partner Plans provide you with flexible options for security system support. With pre-paid blocks of time, you can keep your system running at optimum performance while controlling your service budget. This option allows you to choose your budget allocation - and your unused funds carry over from year to year. What’s more, they also reduce paperwork, invoicing hassles, and valuable administrative time. These Option 2 plans are designed to manage expenditures on material or labor as desired. Discounts are offered beginning at the silver plan level and increase with each additional level of commitment. And, there are no truck charges. Onsite service is performed on what you need when you need it. Help desk support is also available during regular business hours and 24/7/365 service is also available. This Option 2 protection plan offers pre-purchased blocks of service funds that are commensurate with your budget and system needs. Your Pro-Tec Account Manager will work with you to determine the level that’s best suited to your and your school’s needs and budget. Funds do not expire and are used only when you use them.

OPTION 3 – SERVICE AGREEMENT

This is our highest-level service level service agreement and it offers you the most comprehensive hassle-free protection available. Based on the design of your security system, you’re charged a fixed annual fee that provides 100% coverage. In a nutshell, if it’s broken, we fix it! You can choose from two levels of support: Either service provided from during standard business hours Monday through Friday or 24/7/365 service.

With an Option 3 service agreement, you’ll receive: Priority response times, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s); Help desk support; and On-site service. There are no charges for RMA processing and labor, monitoring account database maintenance and truck runs. And, replacement and repaired hardware can also be included based on agreement scope.
